1. Who this notice is from
This notice explains how Solar Star Grove ("we", "us"), a lace lingerie brand with its contact address at 853-11 Kawarachō, Tokamachi, Niigata 948-0013, Japan, handles personal information (個人情報) about people who browse this website or get in touch with us. 2. What we collect, and when
This is a small catalogue website, so we collect very little. The information we may receive falls into three groups.
a) Details you send us yourself: your name, email address or phone number, and the message you write when you call us, email us, or use the contact form on the home page. If you ask about a specific lace bra, set or bodysuit, we will also see the item name and any size or colour you mention.
b) Technical details your browser sends automatically when a page loads, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested. The site's host keeps ordinary server logs of this kind.
c) A small record of your choice on the cookie banner (see section 6).
We do not ask for payment card numbers on this website, and we do not ask for information about your health, beliefs or other sensitive categories.

3. Purposes of use (利用目的)
We use the information above only for the following purposes: to answer your question about our products, availability, sizing or how to order; to follow up on a conversation you started with us; to keep the website running, secure and readable on phones and computers; and to deal with any request you make about your own data under this notice. We will not use your details for a different purpose without telling you first, and where the APPI requires it we will ask for your consent.

4. We do not sell your details
We do not sell personal information, we do not build advertising profiles from it, and we do not send marketing mail to anyone who has not asked to hear from us. The only people who see a message you send are those who answer enquiries for Solar Star Grove.

5. Provision to third parties (第三者提供)
We do not provide your personal information to third parties except where you have agreed, where the law requires it (for example, a lawful request from an authority), or where it is necessary to protect someone's life, body or property and your consent cannot be obtained. If we later need a delivery or payment service to complete an order you have agreed to, we will tell you which service is involved before sharing the details they need.

6. Cookies and embedded content
Cookies are small text files a website can store on your device. This site shows a banner with GOT IT and REJECT buttons. We do not run analytics tools or advertising or retargeting tags on this site, and we do not use cookies to follow you across other websites. If that ever changes, we will update this page before the change goes live. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings; the pages will still read normally.
Two parts of each page are loaded from Google: the typeface (Google Fonts) and the map showing our address (Google Maps). When a page loads, your browser contacts Google's servers, so Google receives your IP address and browser details under its own privacy policy. Servers of this kind may be located outside Japan. Please see Google's policy for how it treats that data. If you would rather not load them, you can block third-party content in your browser.

7. How long we keep it
Messages and the contact details in them are kept only as long as needed to handle your enquiry and any follow-up, and then deleted or anonymised. Server logs are kept for a short operational period set by the hosting service.

8. Security measures (安全管理措置)
We keep the messages we receive in the mailbox and phone log used for enquiries, we limit who can read them, and we do not copy them into spreadsheets or other tools that are not needed to reply to you. No website can promise absolute security, but we take care to keep your information from being lost, misused or disclosed by mistake.

9. Your rights: disclosure, correction, deletion (開示請求)
You may ask us to tell you what personal information of yours we hold, to correct it if it is wrong, or to delete or stop using it. Send the request to the phone number or email address below. To protect you from someone else asking in your name, we may ask you to confirm details you gave us earlier. We will answer without undue delay, and if we cannot grant a request in full we will explain why.

10. Enquiries and complaints
If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, please tell us first and we will look into it. You may also contact the Personal Information Protection Commission (個人情報保護委員会) of Japan.

11. Changes to this notice
When we change how we handle personal information, for example by adding a checkout service or an analytics tool, we will revise this page and update the date at the top.
